Build Your Braiding Career at Glow Braid Lounge

Glow Braid Lounge, Pearland’s premier luxury braiding studio, is seeking highly skilled and professional braiders to join our elite team. We specialize in premium braiding experiences and are looking for stylists who provide exceptional craftsmanship, customer care, and consistency.

Minimum Requirements

✔ Minimum 1–2 years of professional braiding experience
✔ Ability to complete full styles independently with precision, cleanliness, and efficiency
✔ Portfolio required (Instagram, photo gallery, or Google Drive link)

Technical Skills Required

Stylists must be proficient in most of the following services:

• Knotless Braids (small, medium, large)
• Box Braids
• Boho & Bora Bora Braids
• Feed-In / Stitch Braids
• Tribal Braids
• Kids Braiding
• Twists (Marley, Passion, Spring)
• Loc Styles (Soft Locs, Butterfly Locs)

✔ Expert parting, clean grip, even tension, and flawless finishing are required at all times.
