At Glow Braid Lounge, we value the time, effort, and artistry
invested into every service provided. Due to the nature of beauty
and braiding services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we do not
offer refunds once a service has been started or completed.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify
management before leaving the salon so we may address
reasonable concerns. Any approved adjustments must be
requested within 48 hours of the original appointment or service.
Please note:
• Changes to the original style request during the
appointment may increase service time and pricing.
• Dissatisfaction based on a change of mind, personal
preference, or failure to follow maintenance instructions
does not qualify for a refund.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Excessive disrespect toward staff or disruptive behavior
may result in refusal of service.
